A Florida Super Lawyer since 2006, Mr. Farina assists clients in developing estate plans and administrating complex trusts and estates for more than two decades. Mr. Farina aggressively represents clients in Palm Beach County probate court, trust and guardianship litigation and tax court controversies. In 2018, Mr. Farina was named a Top Lawyer by both Palm Beach Illustrated and Daily Business Review. He is consistently chosen by other lawyers and law firms throughout Florida and across the nation to serve as co-counsel. Mr. Farina is a frequent lecturer on areas of his law practice and currently serves as a member of The Florida Bar’s Wills, Trusts & Estates Certification Committee.

Mr. Farina earned his Juris Doctor with honors from Suffolk University School of Law in 1985. Mr. Farina is admitted to practice in Florida and Massachusetts, the United States District Courts for the District of Massachusetts and the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida, the First and Eleventh United States Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. Away from the office, Mr. Farina is a devoted husband and father. He is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys clay target and wing shooting. In 2022, John Farina was named a Trap Shooting All American, and is a 2023 Inductee to the Florida Trapshooter’s Association Hall of Fame.

An avid saltwater fly fisher, Mr. Farina also enjoys working his farm in Hobe Sound, Florida.
