John Farina is Board Certified by The Florida Bar in Wills, Trusts and Estates, and Business Litigation. Mr. Farina is Board Certified as a Civil Trial Lawyer and as a Civil Pretrial Practice Attorney by The National Board of Trial Advocacy. Mr. Farina represents clients in probate, trust and guardianship litigation and tax court controversies. Mr. Farina has been named a Top Lawyer by both Palm Beach Illustrated and Daily Business Review. He is often retained by other lawyers throughout Florida and across the nation to serve as co-counsel. Mr. Farina has served as a member of The Florida Bar’s Wills, Trusts and Estates Certification Committee for three terms.

Mr. Farina graduated from Villanova University in 1981, and earned his Juris Doctor with honors from Suffolk University School of Law in 1985. Mr. Farina is admitted to practice in Florida, Massachusetts, the United States District Courts for the District of Massachusetts and the Middle, Northern, and Southern Districts of Florida, the First and Eleventh United States Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.

Away from the office, Mr. Farina enjoys working on his farm in Hobe Sound, Florida. Mr. Farina is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys clay target shooting. Mr. Farina has been on the Amateur Trapshooting Association All-American team and was elected to Florida’s Trapshooter’s Association Hall of Fame.
