Zachary Rothman assists clients in matters involving estates, trusts, wills, guardianships, asset and business disputes, powers of attorney, advanced medical directives and a wide range of issues involving tax law.
Mr. Rothman represents and advises a variety of clients, including individuals, families, fiduciaries, business entities and charitable organizations. His practice includes state and federal court litigation, estate planning and asset protection, probate, trust and guardianship administration and appeals.
Prior to joining Boyes, Farina & Matwiczyk, P.A., Mr. Rothman practiced at West Palm Beach law firms specializing in trust and estate litigation and served as a judicial law clerk for the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit of Florida.
The West Palm Beach native continues a family tradition of legal service in Palm Beach County, where his father is a civil trial lawyer and mother and stepfather are circuit court judges.
