Attorney Joshua L. Plager practices in the areas of probate and trust litigation, trust and estate administration, guardianship law, fiduciary litigation, and estate planning.
Mr. Plager graduated magna cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law, where he served as Senior Notes and Comments Editor of the University of Miami Law Review. His paper, “All Things Equal: Unintended Consequences & Allegedly Misrepresented Statistics,” was published in 2013 by the University of Miami Law Review. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, cum laude, from the University of Florida, where he majored in Economics.
Outside of the office, Mr. Plager enjoys playing the guitar and cheering for the Florida Gators.
