Allison R. Sabocik, Attorney

Allison R. Sabocik has been an attorney with the firm since 2018.  She began her career in 2004, serving as a Staff Attorney for the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit in West Palm Beach, where she gained experience working for several circuit judges in the appellate, family, probate, and juvenile divisions.  She focuses her practice at the firm in the areas of probate and trust litigation, both at the trial and appellate levels, as well as probate and trust administration matters.  Allison has achieved an “AV Preeminent” rating from Martindale-Hubbell.

Ms. Sabocik earned her J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, and her Master of Arts in International Business from the University of Florida Warrington College of Business.  She received her Bachelor of Arts with highest honors from the University of Florida, where she majored in criminology and earned minors in both Spanish and French. Ms. Sabocik is admitted to practice in Florida, the U.S. Southern District of Florida, and the U.S. Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.  She is a member of The Florida Bar’s RPPTL and Appellate Law Sections.

Ms. Sabocik was born in Connecticut, and moved to South Florida during high school.  She speaks at continuing legal education seminars and is involved in the legal community.  Outside of the office, Ms. Sabocik is a proud mom to her son (an honor roll student and Florida Gold Coast Junior Olympic swimmer), an avid Florida Gator sports fan, enjoys jogging and cross-training, spending time outdoors, scrapbook planning, and cooking.
